    You must first expect to succeed if you want to succeed.When you expect good things to happen,strangely enough, they will happen.
Your expectation energizes your goals and gives them momentum.Since your life will always respond to your outlook, set your goals high.

A hundred "No's" ??

Whoever said a hundred "No's" was a good thing is the same guy who stuck his hand in light socket as a baby and cried when his mommy pulled him away.. Neither one knew what they were talking about.

Tired of having to deal with a 100 No's to reach your desired level of success?

Tired of having to make calls to people who don't want to talk with you?

Tired of not knowing what to say next?

Tired of the humiliation of cold calling?

If you answered "Yes" to these questions, then let me tell you about the reality of cold calling:

* It annoys most of the people you contact.

* It's a total waste of your time because it makes you spend time looking under rocks for uninterested prospects instead of spending time doing more productive things.

* It positions you as a desperate peddler instead of a helpful expert.

Do you think for a moment that coming from this position makes you attractive to your prospects?

What's even worse was all the sleazy and ineffective "Sales Tricks" that they teach you to use that were supposed to overcome any challenges from prospects. You know those corny telephone scripts.

- You know the good old "I'm looking for leaders and we have the greatest... and are you ready to join?" close. Or...

- What about the "Would you like to meet me this Tuesday morning, or would Thursday afternoon be better for you?" close.

Come on! How do you like it when someone pulls that stuff on you?

Don't these cold calling techniques make you fell sleazy?

What else does cold calling do for you?

At the end of the day, you feel rejected and this makes you just want to get out there and doing it all over again tomorrow, right?

It makes many people become lazy. Yes, that's right ñ lazy. Since most people don't like rejection, they mismanage their time. They organize their office, count their paper clips, and do anything they can but deal with rejection.

When I discovered the alternatives to cold calling, I finally understood why I hated it.

Who's Packing your Parachute?

Charles Plumb was a US Navy jet pilot in Vietnam. After 75 combat missions, his plane was destroyed by a surface-to-air missile.

Plumb ejected and parachuted into enemy hands. He was captured and spent 6 years in a communist Vietnamese prison. He survived the ordeal and now lectures on lessons learned from that experience!

You were shot down!"

"How in the world did you know that?" asked Plumb.

"I packed your parachute," the man replied. Plumb gasped in surprise and gratitude. The man pumped his hand and said, "I guess it worked !"

Plumb assured him, "It sure did. If your chute hadn't worked, I wouldn't be here today."

Plumb couldn't sleep that night, thinking aboutthat man. Plumb says, "I kept wondering what he had looked like in a Navy uniform: a white hat; a bib in the back; and bell-bottom trousers.

I wonder how many times I might have seen him and not even said 'Good morning, how are you?' or anything because,you see, I was a fighter pilot and he was just a sailor.

Plumb thought of the many hours the sailor had spent at a long wooden table in the bowels of the ship, carefully weaving the shrouds and folding the silks of each chute, holding in his hands each time the fate of someone he didn't know.

Now, Plumb asks his audience, "Who's packing your parachute?"

Everyone has someone who provides what they need to make it through the day. He also pointsout that he needed many kinds of parachutes when his plane was shot down over enemy territory - he needed his physical parachute, his mental parachute, his emotional parachute, and his spiritual parachute. He called on all these supports before reaching safety.

Sometimes in the daily challenges that life gives us, we miss what is really important. We may fail to say hello, please, or thank you, congratulate someone on something wonderful that has happened to them, give a compliment, or just do something nice for no reason. As you go through this week, this month, this year, recognize people who pack your parachutes.
Thank you for your part in packing our parachute. And I hope you will send it on to those who have helped pack yours!Sometimes, we wonder why friends keep for-warding jokesto us without writing a word. Maybe this could explain it:When you are very busy, but still want to keep in touch, guess what you do -you forward jokes. And to let you know that you are still remembered, you are still important, you are still loved, you are still cared for, guess what you get?


A forwarded joke.

So my friend, next time when you get a joke, don't think that you've been sent just another forwarded joke, but that you've been thought of today and your friend on the other end of your computer wanted to send you a smile, just helping you pack your parachute.

Do you have a support team? A must have factor needed to create income from home. A network of peers you can consult and brainstorm with. People who love what they do, who live and breathe success and enthusiasm. Discover the support team and the system to help you create the success you desire.

The choice is yours.

Dreams of Freedom

It started out as a terrific idea, didn't it? You certainly had pure intent. You just wanted to provide everything your family had never had. You really wanted more time to spend with them. And you wanted to help others just like you to have success in life. How could such a good idea go so bad?

And then some MLM expert came into your life, to help you achieve your dreams. What they said sounded great. Fire your boss, work for yourself, make your own hours, go to your kids' school plays or sporting events instead of working overtime, take your family on exotic vacations, spend your life with the most engaging and successful people. It's hard to imagine even now that those successful people drained your wallet dry and then dumped you.

It was the freedom you really wanted, not the money. Unfortunately, the people who were leading you on really wanted the money. Yours, actually. And you trusted them because they were so successful. You thought they'd help you reach financial freedom, because that would benefit them. The problem was, the way those guys got the good things in life was by fleecing people, not by building them.

MLM Success

There's an ad that runs a lot online. You see it everywhere. It says, "Put another 20 to 30 people a week to your team." When you talk to them, they charge a LOT of money for their MLM training system. But if your team was growing like that, it would be worth it, right? Some people find the offer irresistible.

Money is one thing. You and I have both wasted it in the past. We'll probably do it again. But to succeed and profit in any home business, you have to be dedicated. It takes blood, sweat, tears, and time. And you've got to be pretty enthusiastic - REALLY enthusiastic - about it to make that commitment. Otherwise, it's just a waste of time.

To be successful in a one-on-one business like network marketing, you have to talk with targeted prospects and build a relationship of "know, like, and trust." Once they see you are a real person and that you play straight with them, then they can begin to trust you. They've heard from people who they don't trust at all, and you have to overcome that. The key skill you must master to be successful is building relationships. That skill increases your ability in all aspects of life, and it's a necessity if you're building a team that will work together.
